We will arrange for our surveyor to visit your property to undertake a measured survey within a few days of appointment so we can produce the existing plans and elevations.
Mansard loft conversions generally have the party wall (shared with your neighbour) raised, have a flat roof with the back wall sloping inwards at an angle of 72 degrees. An L shaped mansard conversion can be achieved on Edwardian/ Victorian houses and flats to achieve a better use of space where the mansard is extending over the existing rear addition/ outrigger.
The applicant must have at least 2 years experience on small scale planning and building regulations for residential extensions and loft conversions. Opportunity to work on larger scale projects. Applicant must be fluent in English as will be working closely with and liaising with clients and councils, be able to use Autocad and also demonstrate an undertanding of the current UK Building Regulations.
