Black out blinds refer to a style not a certain make or style of blind as such. If you're wanting a certain style, you'll find our ranges will normally state whether that blind comes in a blackout option, but you can always ask us if your not sure. Black out blinds are perfect for bedrooms if you find light pollution is a problem probably responsible for many nights of disturbed sleep.

I couldn't recommend Steve from A-Z Blinds enough.
We ordered a roller blind online and attempted to fit it ourselves - only to have a nightmare trying to drill through the lintel with it being steel. What should have been a simple fitting ending up with me drilling, sanding & painting twice before calling A-Z to see if they'd come out and fit it for me.
Steve came out the next day and within 20 minute had it up - and explained exactly what was going wrong – an issue which I now know is is more common than you think.
I honestly think it would have been easier to just call A-Z blinds in the
