Our garage door broke (which wasn’t from this company but fitted when house was built). They were very quick to call out and sorted the problem. The spring had broke so they removed it so I could close and lock my door, and they ordered a replacement. As soon as it arrived they were out the same day to fit it. The staff were very polite and friendly. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you for all you help.

An absolute nightmare to deal with. Customer service is zero. We had an electric shutter door fitted in December 2018. The owner measured up but didn’t measure for the plinth to finish it off. Once the door was fitted it took 8 weeks, a lot of phone calls and an extra unexpected charge to actually get it finished. 7 months later the electronic control panel is faulty and despite reporting it several times over the past 3 weeks nobody has returned our phone calls. We were promised last week someone would be out that day before 4pm to mend it, we waited in & we’re still waiting.

Had an insulated garage door fitted by this company in Feb 2019. Told the noise I heard when the door opened and closed was the extra slats on the roller. Nearly three months ago a visitor to my home pointed out that there was a dent in the left hand track and I should contact Jackdoors immediately. The abuse I received was unbelievable. I… contacted the manufacturer 'Garage Door Systems' but they keep putting me off - the contractor has to put it right. The chap who installed the garage door and his female mate had an appointment to look at it yesterday - this was after failing to turn
