Before the incorporation of UK Hot Tubs, our core management team each spent over ten years in key positions for a UK based manufacturer that was the largest in Europe. Therefore, having decades of experience in the design, manufacturing, sales and servicing of hot tubs, we have been able to develop a range that truly ticks all the boxes.
The start of your hot tub journey can be quite a confusing process. Brilliant service from start to finish. Lead times have been extended because of Covid, but Simon and the team maintained balanced communication throughout. Once the 'tub did arrive, they UK Hot Tub Team was clearly as enthusiastic as we were to get the project over the liner. This is a big investment, and the UK Hot Tub team clearly respected this. 5 Stars all the way, very happy customers!

Having used this company to service our old hot tub (as where we bought it from were awful) we have been very pleased with the level of service provided. Staff are always polite and professional and the service engineers polite, tidy and know their stuff. We have recently upgraded our hottub and purchased a new one. From start to finish and installation was efficient and easy. The guys arrived promptly removed the old one fitted the new one, set timers etc for me and everywhere was left in a clean and tidy state. Couldn't have asked for better service and we were in it enjoying it that same evening

Simon, Avon and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish - five star service, amazing support with getting the hot tub onsite and getting us set up. Given the current COVID situation we did have to wait a while however this was completely to be expected. Great communication throughout. It's certainly been worth the wait!

Excellent pre-sales advice, service and installation from UK Hot Tubs. They clearly know the subject inside out - and they also know how to look after customers superbly. Communication was excellent, especially with supply chain challenges from COVID and Brexit. The tub is amazing. No hesitation in giving top marks and in recommending UKHT.
