We ordered 8 cube of screed from central ready mix this was to be wheel barrowed off. When the driver arrived on site there was no labourer which was sent with the driver. Then they said they will not be willing to wait for us to wheel barrow the screed into the site and they wanted to dump it outside and leave, I would understand if it was only 1 cube but on a large quantity this was not acceptable. When ordering we requested for fibre to be added to the mix as we have under floor heating as without fibre we would have came across cracking, the owner was claiming the driver has fibre in the cab
