Carpet Express fitted a beautiful wood effect laminate floor for me and I could not have been more pleased. The whole process from selecting the flooring in the showroom, the guy who came to measure and Bradley and Mark who fitted the floor was so easy. Bradley and Mark showed great attention to detail and were polite and courteous. They were completely trustworthy and I would certainly use Express Carpets again. Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

Just had these guys in to re carpet my entire house, from start to finish they have been nothing but professional. There's was a few off cuts left over at the end which they kindly whipped up a couple of rugs at no extra charge. Already booked them in to measure up for another property, would highly recommend.

I have used Carpet Express for a number of years and always found them friendly and honest. The job they have just done for us was brilliant, laying sisal throughout our flat which is not easy. Luke and Ben were excellent fitters and absolute stars. Thank you Tony, Jack, Bradley and all the management too!

AVOID USING THESE GUYS
I rarely post reviews but I hope to prevent others the disappointing outcome that we experienced.
Carpet Express fitted the carpet for our entire house at great expense. The hall carpet is beautiful but clearly needs a specialist to fit (which these guys are not). The carpet has shrunk away from the walls in the hallway and come away from the stairs on a number of steps. It is challenging to get hold of anyone, when I have managed to get through I was given three separate appointments for which no one turned up, no message or call as to why. Eventually someone did attend

These wonderful carpet fitters who really showed a lot of pride in their work. I wanted my bedroom and my daughter's bedroom fully carpeted. We went to the shop in Pimlico to choose and buy the carpet of our choice, once we did this, we agreed on a date to get the carpet fitted. We both now have a pair of very cozy and comfortable carpet fitted in our bedroom. We're both pleased with the carpet we've chosen. I think carpet express have done a wonderful job in laying my carpet. I would highly recommend this company to anybody seriously considering to buy good quality carpet.
