Our commercial department specialise in the installation, service and maintenance of boilers from 70kw upwards. We work with a number of social housing providers, private facilities and major blue chip companies. We have over 15 years of experience working closely with social housing providers in order to provide a professional 24 hour, 365 day breakdown service that can be trusted.

We were unfortunate to contact covid earlier this year. The boiler broke down and we received no help until we were clear of covid. No heating no hot water for nearly 2 weeks! Finally fixed the boiler only for the Same problem to arise a few months later. They patched it up promised it would last until they could fit the new part. It didn't hence this. They stipulate that any emergency call will be actioned within 24 hours!!?? So far it's been 30 hours 20 minutes and they refuse to attend! Bunch of cowboys!! Watchdog worthy!!!

Placed an emergency 24h call as our boiler had failed with no heating or hot water. An generic mobile number called me while I was on a Video Conference for work. I called it back within 10min and Hewer answered, apparently it was the Engineer calling while I was on a work call however, the mobile number was a generic call routing number. I called back within 10 min of the missed call, I was transferred and on hold for 10 min and the call was dropped their end. I called back and it was constantly unavailable. When i did get through they said oh well, can't get there until tomorrow now. ITS ONLY

Numerous visits to repair my hot water over the last year. They actually haven't changed a single part yet and it still isn't working. I googled the issue today and found it is a common fault with the heating programmer. Found it in 1 minute. Have emailed the firm and their ceo today but nobody has bothered to respond. I would not recommend this company.

We needed a boiler replacement, Hewer were a little bit more expensive than online quotes but we chose local and established. Their electrician came the day before and recommended that we upgrade to a Hive system (which is excellent) The two plumbers also did a good job, no mess, no fuss, professional and polite.

We used this firm because it was recommended by the local radiator company. What a mistake and how I wish we had read the Google reviews first! The first problem was not theirs; the radiators were not available when promised and this required communication between Hewers, the company and ourselves. This was important as we had a long standing booking with a decorator. Multiple telephone messages were ignored. It seems that the work has to be done at Hewers' convenience and that of the customer is not important. (Reading other reviews, this is a recurrent theme). Finally there was the bill! A verbal
