I was recommended to HPR by my partner after another firm had failed to resolve my boiler problem which had left me with no heating or hot water just before Christmas. HPR attended within 24 hours of me contacting them between Christmas and New Year. The engineer arrived on time and after phoning first to say he was on his way. Friendly and professional, he quickly diagnosed the likely problem and I am delighted to say the boiler is now working effectively again. The cost was extremely fair and reasonable and I will not hesitate to use the firm in future especially as the admon staff are also vrery

We have used HPR for the last 3 years since we moved to Gloucestershire and a property with an older gas heating sytem.
We have always found the whole team, including the office staff, to be very friendly and professional with engineers turning up on time to any job, big or small, and going the extra mile to source spares when we 've had a problem.
They always quote a price for additional work once they have diagnosed what is wrong, so there are no unexpected surprises when the work is completed !
We will definitely be asking them to quote for our new ( possibly electric) boiler when the time

I have employed HPR Services for the past 7 years and have always had a professional and responsive service. They service two holiday cottages in the Cotswolds and work around our guests departure times and always manage to accommodate specific dates and times. Their call-out team are punctual and very polite with our guests. I have recently had a boiler replacement just before we had guests arriving and their engineer worked long hours to get it done. Excellent service from HPR. They were prompt and courteous. The engineer was very professional. Since ours is a very old boiler that is probably not spotted very often the engineer double checked his assessment with another engineer back at base, he was correct in his initial assessment but it was reassuring to see such thoroughness. Would definitely recommend.

We had a full bathroom replacement from HPR and we are utterly delighted with the result. It was a functional but tired 15 year old bathroom and it is now truly a showroom standard space which is wonderful to spend time in; we love it! HPR from start to finish were lovely people - courteous, professional, on time every day and didn't make any mess (except where they were supposed to!). Would use them again in a heartbeat on any similar project or things in their area of expertise and would recommend to my family & friends.

Always on hand. Super efficient response times and clear systems of scheduling. Available on phone and email. Professional service from all their engineers (have been using them for the last 2 years). They replaced a bath floor standing tap cartridge and with a little help from us it was completed in record time. They've also done heating and hot water maintenance and boiler service, replacing rad valves all to a high standard. Courteous and calm. Very pleased.
