Quoted, agreed start dates, we accommodated moving it several times over a year to allow them to take on other work or more work for customers. Then hit with a 42% price increase on the quote and when we replied to say that was unreasonable, have been ghosted since. Wasted over a year and now face materials price increases to get someone else to do the job. Avoid.

7 days ago I posted an enquiry on Keystone's website. I gave my email and tel no. requesting a visit and quotation for building work. They haven't even shown the courtesy of replying to my enquiry.
