As a Property Care Association member, we are also able to offer insured guarantees through Guarantee Protection Insurance (GPI) LTD. We hope you would never need to claim on the GPI policy but they are designed to provide cover in the event that the insured remedial works fail, during the period of insurance, and the contractor has ceased to trade and is unable to honour claims on the written company guarantee.

Can’t recommend CK Walker enough and it’s so unusual these days to come across such a professional, helpful and friendly company, Julie the receptionist took her time to ask relevant questions re my query and suggested I may have a damp proof course guarantee. She could have quite easily just booked an apt and taken my money. I did not find my guarantee so booked an apt. Paul the surveyor turned up exactly on time and had the patience of a saint re the questions I fired at him. He is extremely knowledgeable, the fee was worth every penny as his report was incredibly detailed. I rang the office

I don't normally leave reviews but this company was brilliant. I had a few Damp Proofing and condensation problems. So I had a few quotations from other companies but eventually went with CKwalkers team due to the 100's of past reviews noted on their website. After the job was complete I was so glad I did, because they did a first class job.
