Do not rate this place at all I ordered the flooring I wanted, to be then told that they was out of stock and needed to go to manufacturers so would be waiting 1 to 2 week tops (which I understandable). What is not understandable is I'm now on my 8th week waiting, after sending several emails I receive an email at 1.30am sayin my order is with carrier, no date or anythin on when I will receive it. Disgusting!!!

Do not use this company if you have any kind of problem, they will always sway the blame on the customer.
Terrible company spent £720 on flooring for our new extension, it was fit professionally and by the manufacturer’s instructions. After only one month the floor started lifting all over, they tried to say it was our fault for fitting it incorrectly and not a fault with the flooring when this was fitted by a professional joiner of over 30 years, I am now in contact with trading standards and consumer rights.

Highly recommended, had delivery due on 25th but after quick call they manage to deliver 10 days before that time, so happy :)

Intially concerned as I had no confirmation email when the order was placed. Contacted them day before delivery and everything sorted within seconds. Didn't realise the goods would arrive by two different carriers but they were able to set that right too! Goods arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks!

I had a great experience with Wood2U – I was able to contact them over the phone to confirm their stock and delivery times (as it can be uncertain in the pandemic times) and I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner. Also at a very good price, so it's worth checking them out.

Dreadful. Had an issue with a floor that cost the best part of £3000. While Wood2U were not the manufacturers and initially appeared sympathetic offering to have their rep call my fitter with 20+ years experience, they decided to revoke the call without informing me. I later found out this was because 'things could be taken out of context', when we simply asked for advice on how to fix the issue - literally a simple telephone conversation was all that was needed.
