1 star is being too generous and I wish I could leave a minus star as there radiators are not to a good standard. we ordered two items the same, both fitted the same and buy the same person on the same day, one of the rads Leakes from the bottom of the panels on various points whilst one is fine and looks amazing, they are refusing to exchange for a new one as we have not used the grommets on the wall mountings that was 1 was not provided in either boxes and 2 would have zero affect on causing the radiator to leak from the bottoms of the panels imediately after fitting, poor poor quality and even

I purchased two Reina Diva Curved Heated Towel Rails, both with Reina Thermostatic Elements with remote controls. Programming the towel rails can only be done from the remote control but this fails almost every time - it probably fails 99% of the time and the radiators lose their program every time the power goes off - no error messages or warnings, the heating element just does not accept the program. I have contacted both sales and technical support (provided by atayglobal). Sales tell me I have to talk to 'technical' and 'technical' simply don't respond. Customer service is absolutely appalling

I ordered several radiators from Reina.. and 4 of them are still sitting on the floor 6-7 months later as most turned up with no fixing brackets
I think I have called 10 times and sent 10-15 emails asking them to send them out. Finally they sent brackets but inexplicably only sent one half of what is required to put them on the wall
Do not use this company, they simply could not care less about their clients

When you look on the websites Reina have some truly stunning designs, however I think that is where it stops as they are unable to provide the actual product. Many resellers quote 2-3 days delivery, however in reality they have had many missed deliveries so more than three months later still no radiator. I have tried multiple resellers and as soon as you mentioned Reina the tone of their voice changes and they warn about delivery issues.

Waited 4 weeks for radiator to be delivered after being messed around. Radiator arrived heavily damaged. Reported damage to Reina immediately on receipt, they said another radiator would ship next day and I still have not received it 7 days later!
Reina will no longer deal with me direct and supplier doesn't seem to want to deal with Reina either.

Been let down big time!
Ordered a Reina Diva chrome flat towel rad (through VP). The item was to come direct from Reina. Told a couple of weeks. Waited and waited (give them a bit of leeway). Finally after a few phone calls and emails, got a defo delivery date. They missed that too. So after 7 weeks, I've been told it will be another 6 weeks.. Or a refund?!
No apology from Reina at all (VP have apologized and are probably embarrassed by their behavior).
Reina`s customer service and care is absolutely awful, they should be ashamed of themselves.
AVOID!!!! Other makes available.

I couldn't have had a worse experience than that of Reina. They sent us through 2 lots of flat panel radiators. The first had the bleed valves threaded and so could not be installed. The second pair had the same issue AND also the panels on the radiators were not equally spread, meaning aesthetically it didn't work either.
Sent back both sets of radiators, having paid for installation time and pipe work of our plumber only for Reina to refuse to admit the fault and liability for this cost should lay with them. We are only asking for them to make a small cover of the costs that we should not be
