We have a new built to spec spray booth, polishing workshops, a massive blasting unit, and general workshops for repairing/building old and new radiators.
Broken or missing parts like bars & grates can be replaced from our own stock of original parts or repaired in house by our expert welders. It is quite common that old fire bricks crack and split, these can be re made specially to suit your fireplace. Dislodged tiles can be re-set and even replaced if broken or missing.
We offer a full radiator restoration, resizing and repair service at our extensive workshops in Basildon, Essex. Dan and his professional team have the expertise and knowledge to build and take apart cast iron radiators making them longer or shorter if you so wish. This enables us to provide original reclaimed cast iron radiators exactly to your requirements.
Here at BSP we regularly sand blast metalwork and timber removing old layers of paint and debris. Some of metal items we regularly blast clean are classic car chassis and parts, vintage scooters, cast iron radiators, railings, fireplaces, cast iron cisterns, lamp posts, pillar boxes, motorcycle parts, and push bike frames.
All types of metals can be polished to a high standard including Brass, Copper, Steel, Cast Iron and Aluminium. Various different finishes can be achieved including Mirror, Burnished & Antique. We have a dedicated team of highly skilled polishers who can restore all types of metal in our polishing workshops here in Basildon, Essex.
