These guys are the worst. Won’t respond to you. Order 7 radiators. 2 of them were faulty. The second radiator took 6 weeks to be returned and replaced. I’m convinced these guys are crooks. They won’t pick up your calls. They won’t respond to emails. I should have too the other reviews more seriously. Avoid these guys are all cost!!!

Bought 2 radiators from this company in Dec 2020 but one arrived with a dent in the front and was not working once plugged in. Initially James showed concern and asked me to email some photos. I contacted him again a few days later, as I had not heard back and he agreed to replace it and said that colleague Sophie was writing an email to me to arrange a collection/delivery as we spoke. A week later I still have not heard anything from them despite several emails and numerous phone calls. They never reply or pick up the phone. Happy to take your money but unacceptable customer service.

Very Good, saved £100s using these guys, received my order the following morning at 9am (their delivery is guaranteed before 12pm) unpacked them and fitted 5 SlimPro radiators in an hour and a half. Just finished setting up the weekly timer which is great as I can edit the temperature for the hours I'm not at home. I rang the support phone number as I wanted to query the program settings they made it really easy to understand and fortunately their phone lines are open till 10pm. Really chuffed with my radiators

BEWARE! Do not buy anything from this company!! This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I spent £578 on radiators only to be sent the wrong model and the wrong size. One month later still no response despite demanding a refund or for the correct radiators to be delivered! Numerous calls to the 'customer service number' only ever goes to voicemail that is never responded to and the same issue with no response to my emails. I assume the company is going bankrupt as noone can be allowed to operate like this.

Highly recommend. Running costs are really impressive, we had storage heaters previously and we are saving around £70 a month!! I ordered 6 Slimpro electric radiators for my apartment and they've already paid for themselves in savings. Delivery was super quick and convenient that they text me with the hour slot for delivery so I didn't need to wait in ALLL day!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Shame there isn't an option for 0 stars! I thankfully only paid for 1 radiator, took ages to come with there "next day" delivery. When it turned up was damaged so tried to contact them by phone/email/Facebook and online chat no one contacted me. Luckily I used a credit card so they are dealing with it now!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

After sales support is disappointing. On returning a faulty radiator, I was promised a replacement unit plus a refund of the postage cost under the terms of the warranty. Four months later, neither has turned up. Numerous phone calls to the number given on their web site have been unanswered and they have not responded to voice-mails or e-mails.
