With a production workforce of over 500 highly skilled employees across the group, with established apprentice schemes to develop new talent, SBI uses state of the art CAD and CNC technology employed for delivering consistently high quality manufacture. A second-to-none 'cut and sew' group facility utlises the very latest automated technology.

Manufacturing for the six SBI brands takes place in three locations; Castlewood in Nottinghamshire, Melksham in Wiltshire and our purpose-built 'cut and sew' facility in Lithuania. All of these sites use the latest technology, driven by a highly skilled workforce and cutting-edge design and manufacturing methods.
