The Company was founded by Vicky Ward, who was inspired when looking to decorate her first home. I wanted more than a sofa and a dining set, I wanted rugs, lamps and artwork all to match the decor. After hunting around the high street stores I was disappointed with the lack of choice.

Overall, extremely bad experience with FW Homestores. We ordered our multiple items of furniture in December, and whilst I can appreciate delays due to COVID, we have not been kept up to date with our order the entire time, and have had to contact FW homestores for updates since December. We have continuously been told the same thing that, FW are working on a skeleton crew due to COVID and whist I can appreciate the pressures of this, there should be a duty of care to customers who had already made an order and to keep them informed. But we have had multiple delays now, and we were also informed

It's a furniture store. Prices are reasonable for a furniture store even if it copy's the dfs model as having sales all year round.
Staff are good...
The only main problem is that the choice was very safe... nothing wrong with safe... but was hoping on display to see a more wide selection of choices but I do understand with limited floor space you gotta go with the popular safe choices.
