Horwich Carpets and Interiors have been exceptional from initial contact through to completion of the job (flooring for the whole house).
Richard and Neil are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and accommodating. They were both very patient when I was unsure on design elements for the flooring I was looking for. They gave excellent advice and suggestions which I followed and I'm very happy with. They were flexible in terms of scheduling when I was experiencing delays and issues with other tradesmen and the work of the fitters has been done to a very high standard. Their product range is great

Over the past 20 or so years I have bought 3 houses worth of carpets from the family-run H C. They have always provided excellent, impartial and knowledgeable guidance, a truly amazing range of choice and top quality friendly service. They also employ the best carpet fitters. Superb choice and range of flooring, we have been expertly guided by Richard and are thrilled with our new Amtico flooring and carpeting. Derek who fitted our Amtico flooring is highly skillled and knowledgeable with the experience required to deal with our uneven and awkward floor layout. He is a perfectionist and takes meticulous care in ensuring the finish is perfect. Andrew fitted the carpets quickly and perfectly adding the finishing touch to our mini makeover. Horwich Carpets have supplied and fitted all but one of our carpets (the oldest!) and fitted Kardean flooring to the hall and kitchen/garden room.
They will offer any help and advice that is required, will order and store items whilst other work is completed and have fantastic fitters for both carpets and flooring.
Nothing is too much trouble. A great company to deal with.
