Dove Mill

This company is a disgrace. They send the wrong item and fail to deal with it properly. There is a total lack of communication and it looks as though they are in administration and failing to tell customers. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Shambolic! Damaged goods sent out. Kept promising refunds, said they never received return, email after email to get my refund & postage back. Delayed responses, lies. This is not what internet shopping is about stick to market stalls. 21 Emails in total to resolve after threatening escalation.

I have tried to contact this company via their online form, email, phone and Facebook messenger and all my attempts have been ignored. Take care ordering with this company because if something is wrong with your order it is impossible to contact them for a response. BEWARE!

Unable to purchase from there website ... Phone goes unanswered .. Emails sent but no reply. Waste of time trying to purchase anything from them.

Ordered 4 pairs of curtains, paid, got sent a text telling me courier out for delivery. Tracking number supplied was non existant. Waited 3 days , then with no explanation payment refunded. Not happy with this at all.

I love the bedding ranges especially the Vantona ones. The quality is superb and wash beautifully. I like traditional floral bedding and Dove Mill have the best choice and at extremely low prices.

Excellent service. Ordered an Emma Bridgewater duvet cover which is lovely. Delivery was very fast, ordered on Wednesday and arrived today (Friday). Will definitely use this company again.

Very happy with the service. I received progress e-mails from the moment I placed my order. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery service used, the driver left my parcel outside someone else's house and then proceeded to forge my name to say I had signed for the parcel. I called Dove Mill, spoke to Eleanor and explained that I had no… parcel, nor had I signed for anything, and left it with her, I received a call back less than 2 hours later from her colleague Lewis, to tell me this was being fully investigated and that they would refund my delivery costs. This was dealt with

Excellent customer service. Ordered a throw. It turned out to be out of stock. I was given 2 choices full refund or a replacement considered to be almost identical to throw I had chosen. I went with the… second option. The throw is almost identical to the one I originally ordered, it was delivered the next day and the postage charge I had paid was refunded. You can’t do better than that.

Excellent customer service - I was sent the wrong sized duvet cover in error - within about an hour of emailing, I was emailed back by them and a new correct item has already now been dispatched to me at no… extra cost to me. Even better, they asked me to donate the incorrect item to a local charity shop rather than returning it - which is fantastic. I'm very impressed. (Oh and the items I received are great quality and design too)

Sadly the item that I purchased did not work out as planned, however the customer service which I received could only be described as superior. Despite the disappointment with the item this company really knows how to treat its customers and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future as this is an online retailer that you can trust and it is clear that they really care about the products that they are selling and their customers. Thank you very much guys - I will definitely use you again in future.

Fabulous place. Plenty of choice and the staff were there for the customers unlike so many shops these days. I'll definitely be back!

Very good place when it was bigger. Not as well stocked as it used to be.
