This business goes the extra mile. I rang them in an emergency because I used an expanding foam canister which broke and shot foam all over the place. My hands were covered and as it dried my fingers almost fused together along with my rings. Stupidly I didn’t have the solution which removes it. I rang PC Building Supplies and they were… absolutely brilliant. Sam Boyce in particular was an absolute star, he hurriedly checked the appropriate solvent and he checked online to see what was advised. Lovely new site but it's a pity they didn't take their staff from Hythe with them. The current crop of staff are unhelpful, patronising and clueless. I wanted a 2.5 inch 5 lever mortice lock. I was told that I'd be lucky to get one as they are not made anymore. It was suggested that I try Wickes. Luckily there is a rather special hardware store not too far away and I was able to buy one there very easily.
