Tree surgery is dangerous and shouldn't be carried out by just anyone. As well as working with potentially lethal equipment such as chainsaws, more often than not, we're also dealing with diseased trees. We carry out a number of jobs which should only ever be completed by a qualified tree surgeon. Increases the clearance between ground level and the lower branches.

Failed at 1st base! Oakland Tree Services spend more time sending texts messages confirming the quote appointment only to not bother showing up? " go figure " and then rudely not even apologising for waisting my time and effort trying to find local trades that care.. anyway I guess they answered one question we had.

Recently, the team from Oakland came and topped out a rather large eucalyptus tree on our driveway. I was very impressed by their professionalism, attention to safety and their overall service. Apart from a neatly pruned tree, you’d never have known they’d been as they were very thorough in their clean up of any debris their work created too. They even swept the whole of our cul de sac to make sure it was as they’d found it! Happy neighbours 😁Pricewise, they were very competitive too. Highly recommend.

The most important thing for me is that this was easy to do; from initial consultation through to the felling of the tree and the tidy up afterwards, everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner.
The job itself, to fell a large Ash tree, was completed in under 3 hours; a phenomenal feat.
I would also say, I consider this work to be good value - especially compared to the quote I received from another firm, well known in the area for their blue trucks.
