Completely disappointed everytime I rang to resolve an issue with the fire or the lights the mans attitude was disgusting, extremely arrogant from the day we ordered the fire in the shop to all phonecalls. Talks over you when trying to explain. Would not recommend at all when I told him I found his attitude awful he told me I haven't got time to stand around and talk about that that's your opinion. Not approachable at all. My opinion is that my fire was not a bespoke one but still cost £1100 and because it was a reduced fire it wasn't that important to them. Had he been a reasonable man to speak

From visiting the showroom and finally making a decision on the type of stove and surround and all my questions answered a date was arranged For the insulation of stove a false chimney breast With Italian slate chamber and surround it was a two day job and from start to finish went very well with exceptional workmanship that I’m so very pleased with. My living room as been transformed! Thanks to all at flames.

Absoloutley outstanding I would highly recommend. Perfect service from the start. They were very patient with us whilst we were trying to figure out what we wanted and no preasure at all.
They have built us a false chimney breast , with electric log burner effect fire and wooden beam surround with chamber and hearth. They listened to what we wanted and worked with us to find a soloution to being unable to move a phone socket which was in the way. Every aspect of the build is great quality and im so pleased with the look of it. The guys who came to build the wall and fit the fireplace were excellent

Just had our fire installed, from the sales to the fire installers found to be excellent, they were all pleasant to deal with in this family run business, the installer was very focused on what he was doing, effiecent, fast, and clean & tidy. Thank to you all ( just to add they were very competitive in there pricing )

We were really impressed with the huge selection of fires and surrounds on display in the showroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and stayed open after their usual closing time to help us make the right decision. The fitting service was fantastic, a neat and professional job. Delighted with our new fire, we would highly recommend Flames UK.
