Cannot rate this shop highly enough. From deciding on a new fireplace I was given several thick catalogues to take home and look through. Joanna was very knowledgeable about different makes and models. And pricing was reasonable. I was kept up to date with ordering and delivery dates etc. So today Dane arrived with Hugo ( his dog - he stayed in the van.) Taking out a 20 year fireplace and installing the new one was an easy enough job for him but had to kango drill out a concrete shelf in the chimney brest. And fix new plinth with plaster. Dane put down dust sheets and was very professional. Very

Very bad experience. I went to the shop this afternoon with my friend and my children. My five years old was having his sandwich at that time. There is no 'food not allowed' sign in the shop. My son did drop a bit sandwich filling onto the very old carpet, but I immediately cleaned it up already. Absolutely dreadful and dangerous. They started out accommodating and agreeable and this all changed, our Eden fire was installed, the engineer managed to drill a hole in our gas pipe and, worse, failed to advise that he had done this. Only when the gas was switched on I discovered a lethal build up of gas in our cavity wall, if the fitter had told us his mistake I would have been understanding but he failed to do this and this was inexcusable and caused danger to myself and my family, furthermore to add insult to injury the fire was fitted incorrectly and required my builder to rectify the problem

We had a really good sales person on the day we wanted to know more about the fireplace we wanted. She was pleasant, speedy and their fireplace price wasnt bad at all as I would consider it competitive. However their engineer which they sent out, charged us 50 pounds for checking the size of the chimney without checking if it's fit to use, if it requires work or anything else. His whole visit took less than 5 minutes and off he goes. we were also unsure why their price almost doubled with regards to the installation vs the initial price they gave us. All in all I would say pretty unsatisfactory
