A five star service... John was fantastic, stripping the paint off 8 old doors beautifully for me within a week and at a fair price, thoroughly recommended!
(And definitely use this company over any others as I had a terrible experience with another company I was first trying, who took 3 weeks to give one door back and it was totally ruined..)

John was fantastic. I was thinking of replacing all my doors but sent a photo to John who advised me they were the original doors (Victorian property) and that they would come up really great with all the numerous layers of gloss paint removed. He returned them today and was true to his word they are absolutely fabulous! He removed them, took them away and rehung them when brought back. He’s a really genuine guy with a great sense of humor. Saved me a fortune on not having to buy new doors. I now have better quality doors in keeping with the age of my property far better than I could buy new

These guys are AMAZING! I have a wooden temple made by my dad years ago but needed some proper TLC and the old lacquer removed. Had it stripped down to bare wood and just love the natural colour of the teak wood underneath! Ben and John are absolutely fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the result! Top job, top men, top service! Would HIGHLY recommend! 👍

Rarely do I ever do business with a company who truly deserve 5 stars across all dimensions. Outstanding. Additionally, John's attitude was so positive and friendly, it was so easy and lovely to do business with this company. My fireplace is restored, exactly as they promised to showroom condition. On time. To budget. And always that lovely friendly manner. Thank you John Sheward.

Worth every star, the special stripping for a restoration job they were given was completed in the promised week. The stripping was very tidy, no damage and the prepping that had to be done to enable refinishing was very little indeed. First class; we will retain their details for any future work.

Did a really good job stripping the stain and varnish off two windsor chairs - very fiddly job with all the spindles and the stain soaked right into the woodgrain, so I really appreciate the time and patience required to get it off! John was really lovely to deal with and he also collected, delivered and put a beeswax finish on them all for a very decent price. Definitely worth it
