Dan was kind and clear on the phone about what the problem could be when I called about my top front door lock being stuck which meant I couldn't open the door or lock it properly. He came out promptly on the Monday, fixed the broken lock and fixed the hinges as the door had dropped which had caused the first issue. Professional, quick, and cheerful.

Absolutely amazing service, bloke was lovely and so professional and even managed to make me laugh when I was completely at my lowest. I had my bag stolen which prompted the call out and he was the only local locksmith to answer my call. Got 5 keys for each lock which is perfect and better than others I saw online. Highly recommend

Dan replaced the door locks on my daughter's new house and I was so impressed with the security advice and quality of service he provided, I decided to have him replace my front and back door locks and handles which have been dodgy for some time. Lovely guy, easy to deal with, professional, tidy worker, knows what he's doing and doesn't charge the earth. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. My doors are pretty old and have never been serviced which has caused a fair amount of wear and tear over the years. Higgins locksmiths were there for my housemates and I in our moment of need! We have a student rented property and at nearly midnight we found that the front door lock had seized, a lock that had already been supposedly fixed recently. The locksmith came out fixed it with ease and gave us lots of helpful advice about claiming the money back and the security of our home. I now feel very safe and will definitely ring back if we have any problems in the future. He also had lots of funny anecdotes and definitely lifted the mood, so we were thankful for his great sense of humour!
