At M&E we fabricate all our own windows in our factory at Sittingbourne in Kent, using one of the finest profile extrusions available. The extrusion company we have chosen is Selecta Profiles based in Birmingham. All the profiles they supply are extruded using only virgin polymer ensuring colour fixing on the finished faces and indeed the whole of the product.

Completely useless company! Sittingbourne Branch!!
Attempted to contact the Manager (Merv) for 3 months after they told me they will attend to repair windows. After numerous failed attempts, I phoned Merv personally to ask why know one are attending as arranged. He apologized and told me he will ring back in 5 minutes. 3 hours passed so I phone back only to go through to his Personal Assistant who told me he has gone on holiday and wont be back for another 2 weeks. It would have been a simple case of telling us he didn't want the job rather than avoiding us and wasting time! Extremely unprofessional
