Our range of made to measure conservatory blinds have been our speciality at Blind Technique for over 25 years as our flagship product when we started our family-run business. We have great control over the production process as we locally manufacture conservatory and window blinds from the same family of fabrics today here at our Eastcote, Middlesex location.

I ordered plantation shutters in April 2021.
No communication at all from them except to get full payment prior to alledged installation. Then they arrive in October 2021 after loads of calls from me and constant excuses about boats and shipping.
Then guess what? They measured the window incorrectly. No comms from them even though the man installing telling them says he has contacted the office and adviced them that the shutter has been measured incorrectly.
I wait until the following day and I ring them to ask when the mistake is going to be rectified. I encounter the rudest service I have

What a great service! Great customer service from the first moment I walked in to the shop. You can tell that the team is well organised and the environment is friendly. I was looking for some particular blinds for my living room and Jon understood exactly what i was looking for! Very impressed, I already recommended this place to all my neighbours :)

I was pleased to use a local company to supply and fit my Awning. Despite a few hiccups at the beginning of the job, Alex and Warren (the fitters) saved the day. They were professional and thorough with their approach. A special mention about Alex who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the installation. A job well done.

Great company, great product. Everything worked perfectly from the initial visit to show us the product, second visit to measure up, final visit to install. We were kept well informed at every stage, staff were pleasant and well-informed. Our installer, Warren, was excellent. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained clearly and concisely how everything worked before he left. Would recommend to anyone.
