Case Designs is a dynamic architectural design consultancy based in Wimborne Dorset offering friendly, professional architectural services. The Team specialise in preparing planning applications and building regulation drawings for extensions and conversions to existing properties, right through to the design of bespoke new build homes.
Matt has over 10 years of Architectural design experience as a qualified Architectural Technician. He has previously worked for some of the country's largest construction companies including Charles Church, Persimmon, Bloor Homes as well as some of the smaller local developers which has given an insight of projects large and small.
Case Designs offer a free initial consultation to ascertain your project's requirements. We will discuss the various different options available to you and the possible costs involved. From this meeting we will prepare a detailed quote of our fees and advise you of any additional professional or application costs that will be incurred.
The clients brief for this project was to provide a large family orientated space which connected the existing lounge and dining room, make the ground floor layout flow better with additional storage, and to create a home chiropractors clinic for the client to work from. As the house was North facing it was important to create as much light as possible too within a sensible budget.

They came up with a very creative solution and took us efficiently through all the stages from design, to planning permission and on to the build itself.
