KPT are simply the best suppliers of timber and building materials locally, the big nationals should take a leaf out of KPTs excellent service and prices!

I'm a local landscaping business , the materials here are top quality at a good price. Took 2 years to find the best supplier of materials and the customer service here is excellent from first point of contact to the delivery of goods.

Great company, quality materials. They called to let us know when to expect the delivery, and the driver was super helpful when he arrived. Everything was delivered on time, with nothing missing (a rarity these days). Will be using again!

Ordered a large amount of patio slabs that were delivered on the day I wanted them. Due to an over estimation I had a lot left which they collected and are going to refund. Great customer service by email and phone. Can't fault them and would thoroughly recommend
them.

Recently ordered 6 ton of gravel from KPT, this was arranged for this Thursday afternoon with a 30 min forward call so I could be there for the delivery.
Only for them to turn up this morning at 08.45 with no warning of the change of delivery or forward call so I could take delivery as agreed.
Then to top it all of my wife was then told she would have to cut the 1 ton bags so they could be emptied as the driver said he was not allowed to do this or to use a knife lol, so she did the first one and then my tennant did the rest.
I then phoned KPT to ask why this had not taken place as agreed and

Loads of delivery vehicles of various sizes. I’ve never had to wait more than a day or so!!!

So impressed with KPT (SW) Ltd.
I bought 5.4 MTR Wooden Deck Boards, Spindles, hand rails and screws to replace my old deck.
Firstly I couldn't find another company that had the 5.4 MTR boards available and secondly the board's arrived in good order only a few hours after I bought them from their site.
The people on site were lovely, helpful and very friendly, they helped and made sure that I got the right stuff, lightning fast delivery, a local business, close to Plympton and I am very very happy with the service and products.

Kept not ringing back. Paid for order and got them to physically check it was there then they sold to someone else before delivery having taken money. Didn't even ring to say. I found out ringing back for delivery. Rung 3 times to see what was happening, they joked I was stalking and they couldn't magic up wood but would not charge me admin on the refund...Cheers! Won't use again.

Quick to load. Mixed load of rubble and soil all gone in about 20 mins.

Was going to order from another local builders merchant we've used before but happened to see a KPT truck and decided to check out their website in case they were cheaper. Not only were they cheaper but I ordered via the website and our order was delivered the next day! Have a few projects planned and will definitely be using them again.

Ordered at the weekend, order confirmed Monday, everything delivered Tuesday. Cannot fault them, they explained the process over the phone for delivery and confirming payment. They're taking Covid-19 very seriously as well, the delivery was unloaded quickly, paper work posted through the letter box. Thanks guys

The advert on Heart radio says that they have a very quick delivery,all seems great when you order on line you receive a very prompt reply which lists your requests and a line that says that you will be contacted within a couple of days. After many phone calls and messages left of which they never returned after 7 days I finally got through to someone and the order was finally prossessed and delivery was 4 days later. This week after building a lovely deck I needed 3 more boards I went to the site paid for them and went home to find that my invoice says 3mtr. lengths only to find that they had
