Excellent service, just went looking for a feature fire. After looking at their range and seeking to them decided on having a media wall with the fire built into it. They gave excellent advice and arranged the installation of the media wall and fire. We opted for extra back-lit led lighting and diffused side led lighting, the installer Jay and his team did a fantastic job supplying everything we needed including the TV wall mount.
I would highly recommend Flames to anyone wanting a first class job doing without any hassle.
When the room has been redecorated I'll add photos.

I would definately reccomend this company based on my recent experience. Great customer service, they go out of their way to help you (particularly a chap named Tom) which you don't get much nowadays! Delighted with my new freestanding wood burner which was supplied and fitted at a very competitive price.

Our first impression was excellent , all the staff are lovely and very welcoming and helpful . Great advice given and apart from one hiccup the customer service was excellent . The fitters did a fabulous job , very clean and efficient and we are extremely happy , so Thankyou Flames we would highly recommend you .

I would like to thank all at flames for the fantastic service, which started with David in the showroom who could not have been more helpful and believe me he ran around for us swapping fire fronts to make sure we had exactly the right one, and also to Danny and his compadre for the the efficient fitting of the fire. Definately recommend Flames 😁👍

Connected via email first and Tom was very helpful, We went in to get a better idea, and purchased there and then after a very helpful sales gent helped us get a good deal on a bespoke package deal.
Deposit paid, rest to pay day before arrival, fitter paid on the day - all VERY clear!
Was scheduled for fitting in very quick time too
Fitter arrived on time, put down floor coverings, was courteous, incredibly tidy and kept everything on point

Top class service from the moment we walked through the door. They were really busy, so we had to wait to speak to a member of the showroom staff, but they spent a good deal of time with every customer. Went back the next day and bought and chose our stove.
Booked the fitting in and they kept to their date.
Went for the gas one in the end. They couldnt complete the install on the first visit due to our wall being too deep for the part supplied. They ordered a longer part and came back the next week to fit.
Joe, the fitter, was very tidy and professional. A really nice chap.
