We are a Malvern-based family-owned firm, initially formed from the Service Department of the Modern Heating Company. Five fully trained and full-time Service Engineers carry out work on boilers of all types - oil and gas - in properties ranging from Starter Homes to Stately Homes across the Three Counties of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
Know exactly where you stand with fixed price services courtesy of a Gas Safe or OFTEC Registered Technician. Safety Check - Your system / appliance will be given a complete safety check on our first visit. Free Parts / Free Labour - Replacement parts (if available*) will be supplied and fitted free of charge.
More and more of us are looking to Renewable Technologies to help reduce both our fuel bills and greenhouse gas emissions. HMS Ltd. can help, as we install Solar Thermal panels, Ground Source Heat Pumps and Air Source Heat Pumps. A Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) takes heat from the ground using pipework coils arranged horizontally in trenches or vertically in boreholes.

HMS have been so helpful to us. Andy has been out twice to give us advice on our options regarding optimising our current system vs upgrading vs switching to an air source heat pump. We never felt pressured by any 'sales pitch', in fact Andy was very honest about letting us know which upgrades wouldn't be worth it for our home. We really valued the advice and it's been really helpful in giving us more information about how to proceed.

The two guys made an excellent job installing our new Boiler and Radiator. They were very polite and professional. Absolutely no mess left behind and I can't praise them high enough from the original quote to the completion of the work. Extremely happy and without doubt would recommend HMS to anybody who are considering their services.

Initially had an issue with our heating system which was maintained by a national company who were unable to resolve. Contacted HMS who attended within a few hours and gave us sound advice. Decided to have a new system which was installed by HMS which has been absolutely first class. All the Engineers were extremely professional, polite and took extreme care when installing. Couldn't be happier HMS has now got another long term customer and I have and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

We had just moved offices and discovered that the boiler wasn’t working. Andy from HMS was really helpful, he came to look at the boiler, test the heating system and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to get the part we needed within 24 hours which is a fantastic service for us as a business. Very reliable and trustworthy – I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
