I have been waiting for a replacement for a faulty kitchen blind for well over eight weeks since reporting there was a problem with the original fitting.
Been fobbed off by Simon on toooooo many occasions. Need this to be sorted out now before making this go viral.
Can’t get through to anyone at the shop in Streatham ..
Enough already as blind stuck in open position for months now.!!

Overpriced for what you get which is cheap easily breakable plastic railings and hooks for your curtains.
Not happy as my old curtains were of better quality and build.
The material was disappointingly thin as well as the lining.
It’s a shame because I used to think Roger provided decent (nothing special just decent) quality and build for what you pay but now unfortunate it is the complete opposite.
Best to avoid.
Find someone whose curtains, blinds etc... you like and ask who they used and whether they would recommend them and choose them! Or do some research on google or perhaps try the
