Went into Pre-loved on a whim. Had been looking to buy a couple of matching sofas. Well what can i say, we saw 2 Erkones stressless recliners and fell in love with them straight away. Staff were brilliant and informative too. Paid there and then and my sofas were delivered a couple of days later as arranged. No fuss, put covering down in my hall to protect our new flooring too. Set up in my lounge in less than 10 mins and took away my old recliner as requested. Top class service from start to finish. Would purchase from again in a heartbeat. Thank you...

Got a sofa from here and the staff were very informative helpful. I was moving house and they said they will store it for me as long as is required.
Two delivery men came round and had it in my front room in no time.
All the furniture in the shop seems of high quality and is restored to a high standard.
