We have finally resolved this with the credit card company after 15 months. The chaise from Designer Sofas was sloping on one side. After excellent pre-sales service they then went very quiet when I complained even though the delivery man had told us we had to take it up with them. They're also very sly - if you post a review on Trust Pilot they always reply saying to contact them to sort out the problem. This is clearly put up to make readers think they deal with customer problems when in reality the opposite is true. The general quality of the chaise is very good but if there is anything wrong

Very good customer care throughout, especially Sarah who pulled my attention to something I missed. Professional delivery guys who knew what they were doing and called me 15 minutes before delivery. Brilliant. Exactly how a sales pitch should be. No pressure at all. Very informative. Loads of options and extras available for your purchases. I have been waiting on 2 x chairs since September that cost over £700.00. I have tried calling on numerous occasions to find out what is happening and just transferred to a number that then rings out and answer machine is full. I managed to speak to 1 person who said the manager would contact me. They then could not provide me with the managers name and then no phone call received. I am still waiting on a call back and this issue is still not resolved. Is this a company a scam or a legitimate shop?

I love my new 5 seater patchwork sofa that was delivered today - it is stunning and comfortable. Seems to be of very high quality however will update if any issues arise.
It took just short of 10 weeks for the sofa to be manufactured and delivered. Delivery had been postponed by one week but communication was good and customer services were friendly. There was a minor manufacturing issue which I was contacted about and agreed to regarding dimensions.

My antique green corner chesterfield arrived today. I am really pleased with the corner chesterfield. I ordered the sofa 12 weeks ago. I was told I would have to wait 10-12 weeks for the sofa to be made and delivered. I am really pleased that designersofas4u met the estimation. Communication was also good.
