Bought a desk lamp. Went into the shop on a Saturday, saw the lamp in the window, decided to purchase and none in stock, I was happy to have the display lamp but the proprietor insisted I order a new one, fair enough, good customer service....5 stars up until now.
The lamp we to be delivered to my house by the proprietor the following Saturday, AM. No contact all week, nothing on Saturday, rang him Saturday tea time to be told “It’s not come in, I’ll deliver it Monday”.
Did not deliver Monday, Tuesday, no contact at all until Saturday (two weeks after purchase!) Dropped it off that night

On entering the shop I was mesmerised by the sheer variety of light fittings!! I loved them all ... we found that Dave was extremely knowledgable with what we could have in our small space ... we got a fabulous chandelier droplet style fitting for our lounge and are made up with what we’ve picked ...! Defo worth a visit to this lovely lighting shop... what a super choice ‘ something for every home!! Thanks Dave

Just before Christmas I ordered a Tiffany floor lamp from thus shop. Dave the owner called and said it was ready for pick up but the company who he ordered it from had quoted him wrong and it was a lot more in price.
This very kind man kept his word and sold it to me at the price he quoted at a huge expense to himself.
In this day and age you don't get many people who do this. The lamp is exquisite just like his promise.
I would recommend Dave / and his wife at their other shop at Rugley.

I came across this lovely shop whilst looking for some ambient mood lighting for my newly decorated budoir. The salesman was lovely and helpful and had plenty of suggestions as to what I might like. There is lighting to suit every budget and nothing is too much trouble ! Would highly recommend excellent service and value .
