Would have given a zero or minus rating if possible. Fire finally in and looks great but was it worth 7 weeks of poor customer service, lack of communication, broken promises, no shows and a fire that was too badly damaged to be fitted. Received a discount for the messing about and the wasted time off work but I would NOT recommend them to anyone who wants to feel that they are important as a customer.

Think this place is very hit and miss, I was recommended it by two people and unfortunately It didn’t live upto it’s reputation.
I should have realised when I had to chase them up about the quote they did for me and was told the fitter was on holiday and it was probably in the van, so they came and redid it! Nevertheless the price seemed reasonable and we agreed a start date and was told the job would take 3 days.
20 days later with lots of noshows and delays it was finished! The main problem the owner has is communication, you have to chase him a lot if their are any issues and he can be

I had a log burner fitted by these muppets 6 years ago and have just being told by another company who have come out to replace parts on our log burner that it is not fitted legally and needs to be moved forwards to allow a 6inch gap at the back to allow air to follow around the log burn, due to this the log burner has got too hot and parts inside have been damaged and have to be replaced, a new fitter that has been recommended by another shop to come out and sort the mess out all at my expense and more time off work.
