Recently used Scott and his team to have an Evonic 1500 electric fire and Media wall installed in our house that we had just moved into. We are absolutely delighted with the fire and media unit and with the… work that was done. Scott arranged everything for us so we didn’t need to organise different work men to do different jobs as Scott organised it all. Scott was very helpful and answered all my queries that I had and Scott’s team were very tidy and very skilled with what they did. Very happy and would highly recommend. Many thanks :-)

Mum was looking for a fireplace like the one she had before and went to see Scott’s shop in Ansdell and explained what she wanted and was told he could make one up for her. Absolute fantastic service from beginning to end. What a nice man to deal with. Fireplace arrived today and the two fitters did a fabulous job very professional and friendly and tidied up after themselves. The fireplace looks magnificent and mum is really pleased. Can’t fault anything and would highly recommend anyone who wants a fireplace to go to Fylde Fireplace Gallery.

When our new fire and fireplace were fitted Rick & Mitchell were great, they did an amazing job and left the house spotless. We're so pleased with our new fire, we couldn't have gone anywhere better. Went to see about getting a new fireplace. Took time off work time go and the place was closed when the sign on the door clearly said the opening times were 10-4pm. Nobody had put a note in the window to say they had a family emergency or nipped to the shop...nothing. Obviously they aren't that keen to get new customers.
I wasn't the only person who was disappointed, there was a woman in a white Volvo who turned up and then she went elsewhere. Very poor and disappointing.

Very professional, efficient and friendly service from our initial enquiry, through selecting the right fire and the actual installation. Our numerous question were answered very quickly when deciding which fire to have, the Scott provided lots of photos to help with our deliberations (nothing was to much trouble). The installation was very professional and carried out with great care (the guys even did a couple of extra jobs too). I would have no hesitation in recommending Fylde Fireplace Gallery.

This is a great place and the 2nd fire and surround we have bought from here (nothing wrong with the first, we moved!!) liked our previous fire and surround so much we bought nearly the same again. Scott was really helpful and gave us a very good price and accommodated a couple of tweeks we wanted to the surround. We have had to wait for the facia on the fire but that was purely a supply problem and as soon as it was in Scott came and fitted it. Very happy with the product and service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Thank you for such professional, friendly service. From day 1 to the final fitting Scott has been helpful , reassuring and even through lockdown he managed a social distanced visit to fit a plinth so we could use the fire sooner. We love the cosiness, the warmth and the look of our new log burner. Thank you .

Sarah was helpful and friendly and helped me choose the perfect fire which was reliable and definitely fit for purpose. Lee, who came to fit the fire was excellent.
