Ordered a fireplace from here, it came slightly damaged due to transit issues. Called the company and right away they offered assistance. We now have a beautiful fireplace and we can’t wait to start using it.

We brought a very modern, elegant and classy fireplace from Senso. We received a top class service from the moment we ordered. Initially had chosen a fire which was not compatible with our house. Thankfully, the owner of Senso was a very kind gentlemen who informed me I was ordering wrong fire and gave me advice on the one which I should buy. We are very happy with our new fire and has become a focal point of our living room oozing the wow factor for a luxurious interior. Fantastic service from the team at Senso. Nothing is too much for these guys, i purchased a fireplace and also got these guys to build a bespoke media unit as part of the installation. They absolutely excelled, their attention to detail is amazing and the focus to get things the way i wanted them made me feel well looked after. Its fair to say i am more than happy and will definitely be using and recommending Senso in the future.
