As a truly independent company De Novo Kitchens produce unique tailor-made kitchens of the highest quality with the re-assurance of a personal and individual service. Working with you from the outset, we pride ourselves on offering beautiful bespoke kitchens to suit your budget. Every detail of your new kitchen is planned and project managed in-house by our experienced team of professionals. From the informal design process at our showroom in Chester using the latest 3D design software through to the completed kitchen installation, we are here to help at every step. Our cabinets are constructed entirely from 18mm material, available in over 400 colour choices and delivered to your home fully assembled.
From classic shaker and in-frame timber and painted to ultra modern high gloss or matt doors, we have an extensive selection of kitchens to choose from. If our standard colour palette of over 60 colours is not enough, why not choose your own colour? With our bespoke painting service, we can colour match your kitchen to any colour or paint finish.

We should have given this feedback on the design and installation of our new kitchen sooner, but the run up to Christmas left no slack!! However, the fact that we didn’t has left time for an after-burn evaluation and the more we use our new kitchen the more we like it and so pleased that we bit the bullet and had the kitchen in our new house, which in fact was less than 5 years old, assigned to the skip!
We worked with Julie to perfect the design and she was painstakingly patient with us and we reached the goal of the perfect design to fit an unconventional shape kitchen. We must give much credit

Julie and Rick make a great team! The design advice and guidance Julie gave us on our new kitchen (Feb 2021) was great and equally matched by Rick and Martin's attention to detail on the fitting. The quality of the units supplied was good and the standard of workmanship on all aspects of the fit was exceptional.

Julie and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They helped us realise the kitchen we desired for our 200 year old cottage. Julie sympathetically listened to our needs and came up with all sorts of ideas. It was so good to work with a company that was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, worked around supply problems and worked collaboratively with our builder. It was great working with Julie throughout the design stage. We must have tested her patience but she was always so helpful and we are delighted with the end result. Rick and Martin also did a great job with the installation. We were very happy with how they managed with several other contractors still working on site. Magma also did a great job with our granite worktops, which we love.

We are delighted with the kitchen De Novo Kitchens fitted for us in September. The project was far from straightforward, we wanted to remove a room divider and relocate appliances and a radiator to create an open plan living/kitchen area. This involved rerouting the electric and water supplies and resiting the TV point. Julie came up with a few… different design options, which we loved, as we knew what we wanted to achieve but were not sure how to go about it. When the design and colour scheme were agreed, Ric and the team made the necessary alterations and fitted the kitchen to perfection

I would thoroughly recommend De Novo after the work they did for us renovating our kitchen last year. Despite the problems due to Covid 19 breaking out and closing down work 1 day into the work they managed the… job well after resuming ASAP 12 weeks later. Work progressed well after and we are very pleased with the results and service. Response to some very minor faults afterwards was prompt and effective. Around excellent. Well done Julie and Rick.

Denovo bring the craftsmanship and specialism of a bespoke kitchen company, at a surprisingly competitive price. From day one we found Julie to be knowledgeable, attentive and incredibly patient given our ever changing needs. Our room layout was a little tricky, but this didn't phase Denovo, who helped us to fully maximise on the space. We are absolutely delighted with the result which I have no doubt would not have been possible via any high street kitchen brands.
They're a cut above the rest - I would not hesitate to use them again for any kitchen or joinery work.

Absolutely perfect kitchen suppliers. Julie revised the design until it was just what we wanted, (and changed it when we changed our minds). They managed delivery and installation over a difficult COVID period, with regular communication as to what was happening.
Rick and Martin were marvellous house 'guests' as they perfected the fitting to exact measurements.
Final result is a kitchen that makes us happy!

These guys did an outstanding job on our kitchen when we moved into our house and were really nice to work with. Julie listened to what we wanted and her design visualisations and excellent advice has given us a kitchen that makes the most of the space and looks absolutely stunning. In order to create our kitchen, the room was basically stripped back to the bare bricks but Rick’s organisation of all of the trades involved made the process almost painless. The few teething problems we had were sorted out without quibbling. Basically, they delivered on their promises and, if we were ever to move

Julie and Rick were a delight to work with. Julie’s energy, creativity and thoughtfulness in the design phase and her professional project management made the whole job very smooth and easy for us the customers.
Rick and his team were excellent craftsmen, everything happened when they said it would and the standard of fitting was extremely high. They overcame the challenges of dealing with a house that was built in 1850 with few perfect dimensions!. Nearly two years on the kitchen is as good as it was on day one. We love it!

We were really impressed with the whole experience working with Julie, Rick and the De Novo team. Julie was very patient working with us through the kitchen design, helping convert our concept and vague ideas into a reality that we are so pleased with.
