The whole process of purchasing a kitchen from Deelux has been excellent. Jennifer and Michael were really helpful at the design stage, both had very creative ideas which supplemented our ideas very well. This resulted in a kitchen which has turned out to be far better that we could have envisioned. Jennifer and Michael’s very thorough approach of making sure that all details were sorted and agreed before work commenced lead to a very smooth installation. Deelux organised all of the works and co-ordinated the trades all of whom arrived on time and carried out the works within the schedule in

From start to finish everything has been above and beyond what I expected. The level of detail they went to was amazing.
Jennifer really helped me when choosing styles, colours and worktops, im abit clueless so she made the whole process super easy. She even sent over a digital render of what my kitchen would like.
I didnt know a thing about kitchens but had a million questions, they took me though everything, everystep of the way and the end result is one very happy customer! Thank you again and I'll be reccomending you to everyone.

Extremely happy with the refit of my kitchen. From start to finish everything was very professional. New ideas from Michael made big improvements that I had not considered before. After looking at kitchens in the large DIY superstores I felt they looked nice but the quality was lacking. I checked out on the internet, local kitchen sales in Chester, and found Deelux Kitchens , a place I had driven past many times without realising what they sold.I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did.I met Darrell in the showroom and gave him my brief and a rough drawing of the layout I wanted.He showed me the quality of the units they sold, which was much superior to anything else I seen at other places and with his great enthusiasm he planned what I needed right there. .When

We were delighted with the personal service from Deelux Kitchens, their attention to detail and advice made our kitchen makeover run smoothly and to budget. They listened closely to our brief and gave valuable advice at every stage, from choosing the units, the fittings (dishwasher, taps and sink) to the type of worktop and splashbacks (which were laser measured and fitted perfectly). Everything went to plan and was done on time. We love our new kitchen / diner and get lots of compliments. We live in an old building and chose a simple sleek design that will stand the test of time. Deelux promised the earth but unfortunately failed to deliver the quality that they had assured us that we would get. Management throughout installation was practically non-existent, causing many problems and the after-sales service has been appalling, and again practically non-existent. Very plausible front man, but doesn't want to know once they have received full payment. Do not be taken in by these people!
