The boiler is excellent, with great information, and was well explained after the job was complete. Hourly Rates: Fixed Price: Our hourly rates should cover most minor jobs from 1 to 3 hours. If the works are likely to exceed this then we will carry out a free, no obligation visit and provide a written or verbal fixed price quotation.
This is the latest and most popular type of gas boiler called the combination boiler. It takes it's name from the fact that it heats both the central heating and domestic hot water instantly on demand, and therefore doesn't require any cold water cisterns in the loft or hot water storage tanks in the airing cupboard.
This procedure will usually require one full day to complete. Upon arrival at the customers dwelling dust sheets are placed around the areas where the work is to be carried out and the gas supply is tested for tightness and isolated. The next step is to isolate the electric supply to the boiler and then the boiler is drained down and removed.
The main consideration when choosing the most suitable boiler and system for your home will be the number of bathrooms, hot water outlets and the number of occupants. If for example you have two bathrooms which are likely to be used simultaneously then a system boiler and hot water storage tank will provide a better ow rate and hot water performance for you and your family.

Paul was very responsive and quick to deal with our boiler problem. Called him and he was at our home within 2 hours the same day.
