The dormer loft conversions we offer are perfect if you have a lower roof line, and they allow you to enjoy all the great benefits of a loft conversion even when you don't have a great amount of head room.
Here at QLC Lofts we offer our hip to gable conversions to customers throughout Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas in the North East. When your roof has two sloping sides, it's referred to as hipped. These types of roofs limit the space for traditional conversions of loft spaces, which means a hip to gable conversion is necessary to ensure you're getting the most out of your loft space.

Qlc recently converted our loft into a bedroom for our son. The team are very professional, hard-working and safety-concious, nothing was too much trouble and they kept us updated at every step. Brilliant from start to finish. The first consultation we had with Petre, we got feeling that he was honest and his workmanship would be second to none. We had our loft converted into a fourth bedroom with a small toilet area and couldn't be happier. We used the Dormer Velux Solutions and there were a hot send as we can walk freely around the… complete bedroom. The lads working, never stopped throughout the project even to a point where the neighbours noticed how hard they worked. Also it was very simple communicating with Sue with regards to the payement schedule. 100% reccomwnd these thanks

QLC lofts have recently completed a building project in our house and could not recommend them highly enough. They were incredibly efficient from the offset and provided a really competitive quote. Petr and his… team worked incredibly hard to complete the job in time for our baby arriving and even worked weekends and did extra for us. The work is finished to a very high standard and Petr is a perfectionist checking and double checking the work at every stage. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Sue who manages the admin is also brilliant and co-ordinates it all from start to finish

QLC lofts recently did replacement skylights for me. We chose larger windows so they had to widen the window compartment as well as full ceiling plaster repair.
