Bray building services was established by Daniel Bray in 2012. Initially starting out as a damp proofing specialist and quickly growing to be a full service building company. Now delivering loft and cellar conversions, remodelling house interiors, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms along with and domestic building extensions in the Huddersfield and surrounding areas and beyond.

Dan, Patrick and the team at Bray renovated our kitchen in January 2021. This involved quite a bit of building work as it was taking a small galley kitchen and knocking through into our dining room to make one large open plan space. Dan met with us early on to discuss possibilities and worked to our budget. We also had a deadline as I was pregnant with my 2nd child at the time and wanted the work done before its arrival. Dan's entire team were friendly, efficient and clean. Communication through the process was excellent as we were always informed of any issues, changes or questions that came up

Bray Building Services completed a shell rear one storey extension for us. We have no problem recommending them. Daniels' knowledge and expertise in the architectural / building trade was clearly shown on completion of our project. His staff and contractors were all great. Clean and tidy professional tradesmen with a great end result.

They built an extension and new bathroom at our home. Overall, we had a very positive experience end to end and would highly recommend. Key points are: - Quick to respond and good explanation of the project when we were gathering quotes, not a hard selling approach - Very reliable and hard working in all weather conditions (Storm Ciara) - Excellent workmanship and attention to detail to get things right all along - Respectful of our home environment and made good on all areas impacted
