Ladies that do not, apparently. I booked their service to clean my apartment earlier this year, after being disappointed by two other local outfits, only to be disappointed once again.
The lady that came was courteous and seemingly enjoyed her work. However, she brought no equipment with her whatsoever, and despite using my cloths, several areas that she went over still clung with visible dust.
I wrote the admin a review (much longer and more detailed than this) via email, for which I received a simple apology and thanks for my payment. No further correspondence, indicating that they had no desire

I booked this company for a deep clean after having had construction work done in the house , I booked it because of the good reviews but unfortunately they did an awful job. The ladies that came were polite and friendly and did a good job at the general clean but that’s not what I had booked . I explained what i wanted and also gave them a list , they didn’t seem very happy to find out they were there for a deep clean as they hadn’t been told in advance , so that wasn’t a good start. I also told them that time and money weren’t an issue , to take as long as needed as the house was in

Very friendly and professional service. We set up our cleaning schedule via email, and found the whole process a breeze. The cleaner was a very pleasant person, and our flat was left very clean. I don't always make time to write reviews, but I am really impressed with this service...I popped-in on a day off and was welcomed by one of the team...she understood what I wanted/needed and we were able to arrange a time which was confirmed by text closer to the date. Nice and uncomplicated!
Claire arrived on time and was highly professional and friendly too! She did a great job on our kitchen area and got rid off stains/spillages that we thought were there for good!
It made such a difference to have someone personable, genuine and hardworking...I would highly recommend Ladies That Do and will
