Capital Demolition headquarters are based near Chertsey, Surrey. Capital House situates in a 2,500 square foot purpose built facility which occupies a small but significant part of the 6 acre site, from which the large modern plant and machinery fleet is maintained and operated.

Capital Demolition acts as a Principle Contractor on over 95% of projects undertaken and produce full CDM documentation for all contracts.
