When looking for a building firm for a loft conversion, it was a long road to find the right fit. This ranged from firms who could just about show up to make a quote, to those who made outlandish claims (both cost and time lime) that were simply unachievable.
Colin and his team have been very impressive. They spent considerable time, to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. The proposal and Terms were detailed and clear, so there were no surprises.

Bradley Building Services were recommended to me for the construction of a one bed house beside my own house. I have been very pleased with the work that they have done, from liaising with the planning department and building control, to adjusting the plans so that the space is maximised. Colin was always easy to deal with, and the team of workmen were efficient and hardworking. The project was completed on time, despite the disruption of Lockdown in 2020. We had Bradley Building Services complete a conversion of a dilapidated storage unit to a single bed dwelling. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail beyond reproach.

Colin and his team were excellent throughout in creating a very striking open plan kitchen / living area extension, as well as the refurbishment of the upstairs bathroom and shower room. Their supply chain was superb and provided great advice and good quality materials which contributed to the overall look. Communication with Colin was brilliant and any issues quickly dealt with. The site was kept clean on a daily basis, enabling us to stay in the house while the work was done. The finished project surpassed our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending BBS.

We undertook a major house refurbishment with Bradley Builders in 2017 which took an anticipated 7 months. We were delighted with their work - not only with the resulting high quality finish but within budget, on time and undertaken with care, consideration and cleanliness throughout. Colin and Bradley went out of their way to help us develop ideas and even drove us to various building suppliers to choose products. We had a vision of how we wanted our extension to look and with the help of Colin and his team, our expectations were well and truly surpassed! We had our loft conversion done with Bradley Building Services and were absolutely thrilled with their work from start to finish! Colin and Bradley are passionate about their work, proud of their business and respectful of our needs. The team were professional, considerate and courteous at all times and mindful of the fact that we have 2 young children so the house and outdoor areas were always left clear of debris/waste at the end of each day. We have used Bradley Building Services for all of our house refurbishments and extensions over the past 4-5 years. The first project was the family bathroom refurbishment. We were so impressed with Colin and his team that we then employed BBS to complete a first floor extension, again delighted with the outcome. More recently BBS refurbished our kitchen which we love and is the heart of our home. If we had more work to do, we would ask Colin to do it! The guys work hard, are courteous, tidy and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend Bradley Building Services for any upgrade
