Urban Mesh is an award winning Chartered Architectural Practice with a broad range of experience across residential and commercial sectors. Our practice was founded on working around tight and complex London sites, creating innovative and high quality projects within time and budget constraints. In recent years we have developed an expertise in new build residential.
We undertake a variety of residential projects from new blocks of flats to converting and extending buildings for residential use. Many of the projects are for rental and we work with our clients to tailor the design to the needs of their local market and their long term objectives. We carry out a variety of commercial projects ranging from office shells to medical consulting rooms, either new build or working with existing buildings.

Services
The building was used as offices and split into 2 parts with many small rooms throughout the levels. The project was effectively a facade retention, removing nearly all the floors and installing a new basement slab. The imposing office is a Grade II* listed Robert Adam building. We assisted the client with restoring the building including installing new servicing such as a lift, staircase and staff facilities such as WCs.
