Shaf was great to work with and helped us achieve exactly the kitchen we wanted. He provided plenty of practical advice. whilst designing the kitchen in store, and was easily contactable by phone later on. Everything arrived when he said it would and there were no issues of note.
Mario, who fitted the kitchen, did an excellent job and was very easy to get along with, whilst also doing his best to accommodate any requests/ decisions from us. Tidy and done on time.
All in all, a great place to go for a new kitchen.

Exceptional, faultless service- 100% recommend.
I got my kitchen and two bathrooms through London Koncepts and they are exactly what I wanted (if not better!). The quality of the kitchen is much better than any I had seen in other kitchen stores yet the price was very similar.
Shaf has been amazing throughout, project managing everything through covid when I’ve not been able to be at the property myself. His designs were well thought through and made the best use of the space, and seeing it all come to life and looking exactly like the designs has been fantastic.

We were recommended to visit London Koncepts, which happens to be up the road from us. We visited the shop pre-lockdown in 2020. We have a complicated shape, where there is almost no right angle, but our architect and London Koncepts could collaborate and designed our kitchen with customisation. The design phase was very enjoyable; there were lots of physical samples onsite that we could touch and look. We received plans for the kitchen before we put our deposits down. The German kitchen arrived in flatpacks, Instructions were easy to read even for our polish joiner who commands limited English

100% recommend - Shaf provided a seamless service, from start to end. My kitchen was designed, ordered and fitted with minimal stress or faff and I am absolutely delighted with the end result.
Shaf spent a significant amount of time with me ensuring that the design was well-thought through (always providing impartial advice), functional, met my budget requirements and was aesthetically pleasing.

We visited several showrooms and obtained quotes from different places. We selected London Koncepts because there was an excellent personal service from Shaf, and the kitchen was top notch, and competitively priced.
We found Shaf to be up-front and knowledgeable, and with a number of good ideas that we hadn't thought of. He also assisted with coordinating electrics and plumbing etc with our builders. The whole process was very smooth and professional.
We love our new kitchen and are very pleased we got it from London Koncepts.

We only popped into the London Koncepts showroom to see a Mereway kitchen which we’d seen online. This proved to be very worthwhile as we were immediately impressed with the level of customer service and staff knowledge of the range of kitchens on offer. In our search for the perfect kitchen at the right price, we had visited many suppliers across London. Viktorija is very helpful and clear in explaining the pros and cons of every kitchen in the showroom. I felt great visiting the first time so now I buy most of my kitchens from London Koncepts

Shaf was absolutely terrific to work with - timely, responsive, and respectful. We felt like we were his only customers and he was eager to help solve issues and address any concerns. Most importantly, he didn't give us the typical kitchen salesperson spiel and was upfront and transparent about costs and technical limitations. Overall he delivered a high quality customer experience and for that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've just used Kitchen Koncepts to change my kitchen doors and worktop. They have been excellent, I can highly recommend them. Viktorija is helpful and efficient and always answers calls/emails. She sent quotes quickly and was extremely patient when I called in endlessly to look at worktop colours! Shaf was also helpful and he came to measure up and check I'd ordered all that I needed. Their fitter was also very good. Can't fault their service really.
