Our Farm shop stocks a wide range of fresh and cooked meats, milk, eggs, and all your store cupboard staples.

I ordered a set of 3000 cluster lights in the sale. I haven’t used them yet, but they arrived quickly and were well packaged. Price was good too at about £25 cheaper than that offered by other retailers. Would definitely recommend.

I placed an order for a few Christmas decorations late on Monday, first thing Tuesday morning I received a lovely call from I believe Andrea informing me 1 item was out of stock, she offered me a similar alternative or a refund. She then completed my order, for which I had paid for stand delivery (3-5 days), and received it today (Wednesday). Everything was carefully packed and exactly as described on the website. This is some of the best, most efficient service I have ever received, thank you.

Visited Christmas week, possibly the biggest selection of seasonal bits, most certainly the best presented that I've seen, well done to the staff.
Sadly, I dropped 1star due to the cafe being so desperate to get customers in that there was absolutely NO social distancing whatsoever. People even had to stop eating to stand up to let other people past.
I would recommend & visit again but while the COVID situation is getting worse, I would rather eat elsewhere.
(Ended up picking up food from McDonald's on the way home instead)

We visited just before Christmas and there was still plenty of decorations, trees, lights ect available. Good quality, good variety and reasonably priced. Only thing I would have liked to see more toys/gifts available as I'd promised my godson a treat but there wasn't much to choose from. It may be because it was sold out but I couldn't even see empty shelves where any could have been.

Only just found out my favourite garden centre has an online shop! Love love love Southwood, there’s nowhere better for Christmas decorations. Magical place for kids to visit and so much to choose from.

I am just adding a bit to this review that I sent some time ago. I am full of praise for this company who go the extra mile to please their customers. One of the items that I purchased was faulty and Southdown replaced it without any qualms. The item came promptly and was well packaged up. I am so grateful to them. Thank you.
Not only do I love the two Luniere Orb garden lights that I ordered but I am very impressed with the online store at Southwood Garden Centre. The lights look lovely in my city centre yard and I am tempted to order more!

Ordered a Wind Chime yesterday afternoon, and delivered today! Very easy to order from, and great communication along the way.
The actual Wind Chime itself is beautiful! Makes a gorgeous sound, and the attention to detail on the chime itself is stunning.
