Highly recommend this company. From our initial call to completed job, Neil and his team were so professional. He phoned to give us an estimate of his arrival time and when he arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem. He managed to clear out a very blocked drain and left the pathway pristine afterwards. A quick efficient and professional job, reasonably priced.

Fantastic Service from Neil & his team. Contacted Spectacular Plumbing and Drainage to have a drain CCTV surveyed at our property. Neil managed to arrange for David to attend the same day and David was very professional and knowledgeable. David was more than happy to answer any questions I had and showed me the CCTV footage during the visit. David provided feedback straight away on the condition of the drain. Neil was brilliant. He arrived quickly and stuck to his quoted price. His work was thorough and clean. Not only did he clear the blocked drain but he checked all the other drains around the property. Neil is one of the few drainage contractors who is willing to tackle problems with culverts. He camera'd sections of ours, identified and explained the issues and suggested a couple of options. He clearly knows his stuff. His team (Ian & Alf) were equally helpful, knowledgeable and very skillful, not least negotiating the digger around the garden! They did an excellent job for a fair price and we were kept informed and involved in any decisions. We highly recommend them.

We called Neil to come and clear a blocked pipe that was causing our toilet to block after another emergency 'plumber' could not fix it as he didn't have the equipment. Neil was great, he came the next day, talked us through what he was doing and did the job quickly and efficiently. So much so we are going to get him back to do some more things for us. Cheers Neil you are a lifesaver!
