Julia is a Chartered Construction Manager and holds the designation of MCIOB with The Chartered Institute of Building. Julia Allen has a practical background in the construction industry, offering over 30 years of experience. Her career began in an architect's practice in 1987 before gaining sponsorship from a large international construction company.
She obtained a 2:1 honours degree in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University in 1992. Julia continued to work for the sponsorship company for 10 years, post-graduation gaining a broad project management knowledge and a wide variety of construction experience in both domestic and commercial fields.
Julia established Jabd in 2005 to design and prepare submission drawings for planning and building regulation approval. She has a wide knowledge and experience of producing successful, quality applications for planning authorities, both locally and nationally, providing a highly acclaimed personal service for each client.
